This photo was taken in December 2019, before all this Covid19 Virus kicked off and we was all aloud out to play.
But this is not the reason for posting this photo. No, I wanted to look back at some of my older work, some of my best pictures out there, and this is one of them.
Just of late, I've been feeling like I'm stuck in a rut with my photography.
I normally have a fiery passion for photography, but I feel like I'm struggling with my work.
My work feels flat an dual, there is no colour, no pop, no dynamic contrast.
It just feels like my photos are unprofessional at the moment.
So I'm looking back at my best work, to be re-inspired to keep trying to better myself as a photographer.
Last year I went on holiday to Finland during the summer time. I straight away fell in love with this country, and it wonderful woodland area and beautiful lakes with wild life aplenty.
In this photo, you can see the cabin in the woods where I stayed for the two weeks in Finland. Located south of Finland on the outskirts of Helsinki, right next to what looked like a lake, but was actually the sea.
This is the Sea, but looks like a lake
As you can see in this photo, that this is the lake sea next to the cabin. It looks so calm, there was no tides and yet behind the islands, the sea carried on to Estonia. This part of the sea was called the Gulf of Finland.
Not sure why there is no tide, but if you do? Why not post a comment below and let us know.
One thing that screams out Spring in the UK more than anything else is the Pink Cherry Blossom Tree in full bloom.
A tree with wonderful pink flowers grouped together all over the tree, bringing colour in the trees.
And what I like about it, is when the flowers start to fall from the tree, blown away by the wind, creating a wonderful pink rain effect.
