So the weekend as come and gone, and despite the typical British weather its been a good weekend away.
We manage to see a lot of wonderful places all over the Yorkshire Dales and tried some new foods, as well as take some amazing pictures of our little grand adventure though the Yorkshire Dales.
So we seen a “Red Squirrel”, which is a rarity these days as Gray Squirrel have taken over there natural habitats.
This is the first time I’ve seen one with my own eyes, since I was a child.
Sadly there move quite fast, and there where gone before we manage to get the camera out. But to see one with our own eyes was worth it.
Then of cause there was trying Pheasant for the very first time.
Which was not as nice as thought it would be, but it did look amazing.
Anyway you got to try new foods from time to time and get out of the norm and experience new things in life.
This is how we grow as a person.
Because its been raining like crazy these past few months and all the flooding that’s been going on, it has mean the waterfalls have been fierce.
And that means that the waterfall pictures are going to look epic.
In this picture above, I forgot to take my tripod with me. But the water was rushing down so fast, that it was possible to take this shot with a F-20, 1/8 and ISO 800, and still get the shutter slower enough to capture the flow of the waterfall.
The thing I like about Yorkshire is all the walking trails and rolling hills, amazing countryside views and where I live in West Yorkshire, everything is close by with trains and busses taking me to some close by countryside hikes, away from the city life.
Do you like the countryside? Where would you like to go on your adventure?
Let me know in the comment below and tell me where you’d like to go.
